Day #12

-- just a quick thought. Just when I think I have someone figured out they totally surprise me. Usually Ashley is very low key and just goes with the flow. Well, today she's in charge of the world. I get used to the fact that she gives me my way without question, but apparently I used up all my "getting my way" cards. I'm not trying to paint a picture of Ashley's tirade, it just always astonishes me when she doesn't go along with what I want. Just a reminder to myself she actually is a grown up and not the 12 year old girl I always picture her to be. So congrats to Ashley for growin' up and takin on the world-- all by herself, and I'll try to remember not to be so over protective. Sorry-- maybe I'll make it my new year's resolution :)
